Andrea Robinson has been appointed to president, TOM FORD BEAUTY and president, Prescriptives Worldwide. Robinson will report to John Demsey, global brand president Estée Lauder and M·A·C, and will assume her new role March 1.

Robinson was most recently the chief marketing officer, Estēe Lauder brand. Before that she held the post of president of Ralph Lauren Fragrances Worldwide, after serving as its general manager from 1997. Robinson has been in the fashion and beauty industry for over 30 years, holding posts as creative director at Seventeen and beauty editor at Vogue.

In related personnel news, Joseph Gubernick has been appointed as chief marketing officer, Estēe Lauder, the flagship brand of The Estēe Lauder Companies. Gubernick will lead global marketing for the Estēe Lauder brand skincare, makeup and fragrance worldwide and report to Demsey.   He will assume his new role March 1.
